Change of sessions / adhoc sessions request forms are available for download - see links below. Paper copies are available from the nursery front office.
The form must be completed by the parent/carer, signed and submitted to the nursery manager’s office either by email or in person. Telephone call requests are not accepted unless in an extreme emergency, with the paperwork completed soon after.
We endeavour to respond to requests within 3 working days once staffing and planning have been reviewed by the Nursery Manager. Please note that fees for adhoc/emergency sessions will be invoiced as soon as approval has been given and will be due immediately.
